      Starting from 1/4/2006 Malaysia government had revised the programme. It is now more flexible and attractive on financial, property and others criteria. If the application is been approved, the participant will get 10 years Social Visit Pass with Multiple Entry Visa.

	1	Applicant below 50 years old only need to put in fixed deposit RM 300,000.00
	2	Applicant above 50 years old only need to put in fixed deposit RM 150,000.00 or provide proof of a monthly income of more than RM 10,000.00 from a source outside of Malaysia or pension scheme.
	3	The participant at any time after one year, can withdraw his /her fixed deposit to purchase property, children’s’ education or medical expenditure. However, he / she must maintain a minimal of RM 60,000.00 in his/her account.
	4	The participant needs to purchase Medical Insurance and do Medical Check-up in Malaysia.
	5	The participant eligible to purchase 2 residential houses.
	6	The participant allowed to import a car tax-free or purchasing a car with free sale tax in Malaysia.
	7	The participant allowed to do investment and business with limitation but cannot work.
	8	Other incentives.

     As a sponsored company for the applicant, we will assist you throughout the whole process that is from the compiling state until obtained the final approval from the Malaysia Government.

a)	Pre-submission

	8	All documents to be translated in English, endorsed by Ministry Of Foreign Affair and Certified by Malaysia Embassy in applicant’s home country.
	9	Sponsored company will provide all necessary forms and documents for the applicant
	10	1st Payment : 50 % agents fee to be paid together with application documents. (If the application is not been approve, the sponsor company will return the deposit but will deduct RM 500.00 for processing fee involved. But, if the applicant withdraw from the programme during the processing period, then the sponsored company only will return half of the deposit. (The whole process will take more than 2 month

二．什么是马来西亚：“我的第二家园” 计划(MM2H)

马来西亚：“我的第二家园” 计划有马来西亚政府倡导，邀请海外公民，不论种族、
宗教、性别与年龄前来马来西亚居住，投资和退休疗养。

为您申请和提供全程服务，批准者发予多次往返签证及友好访问准证，为期十年，但需确保持有
者没违反移民条例及条件。

三．基本需求条件

1. 须经由授权之保证人公司Campden Bina Sdn Bhd (MM2H) and Hallmark Asia Pacific 处理申请。
2. 申请者年龄介于50岁以下者：

     
      需开设设马币30万元的定期存款帐户(约人民币60万元)

      一年后，MM2H持有者因购买房屋、汽车或投资当地股票，可取回高达马   币24万元(约人民币48万元)

3. 申请者年龄逾50岁者：

     
      需开设马币15万元(约人民币30万元) 定期存款户或提供岸外收入每月马币 1万元之证明(约人民币2万元) 。
      一年后，MM2H持有者因购买房屋、汽车或投资当地股票，可取回高达马   币9万元(约人民币18万元) 。

4. 持有MM2H地位期间，必须保有至少马币6万元(约人民币) 的余款。

 

5. 子女年龄逾十八岁者，须以个人名义申请。但倘属单身、二十五岁或以下，并在马来西亚求学者，
   可以家庭名义申请。

6. 申请及更新过程中，所有申请者须提呈任何承认医疗单位的医检报告。

 

四。主要利益

所有成功的申请者将会享有以下的优惠：

1. 克获得10年(克更新) 的居留证和可多次自由进出的签证，此居留证和可连续更新(如果你没触犯马来西亚
   的任何法律) ，并且可以在马来西亚申请去第三个国家。
2. MM2H的持有者，可在五年后申请马来西亚永久居留证。
3. MM2H的持有者，子女在马来西亚出生，可以申请公民证。
4. MM2H的持有者，可将自己在国外的汽车运进马来西亚使用或购买一辆免税的新车 (CKD) 。无需缴付入口
   关税，消费税及销售税。
5. MM2H持有者可携带十八岁以下、未独立且未婚之子女，到马来西亚继续求学。
6. 当成功获得批准后，每一位申请者克申请雇用一位女佣。
7. 你可在马来西亚成为投资者和拥有自己的企业。
8. MM2H持有者克在马来西亚购买产业，并享有高达百分之八十之银行贷款。
9. 当你在马来西亚购买房产时，你不再需要申请外国投资理事会(FIC) 的批准。
10. 退休金汇入马来西亚，可免除税务。
